Sidr is an app that provides prayer times, athkar, qibla direction, and tools for tracking daily prayers.
Islamic Disclaimer
Sidr is a helper tool. The user is responsible for verifying prayer times with the religious authority in their country.
User Responsibilities
- Use the app in accordance with these terms and applicable laws
- Do not share any access credentials or account information with others
- Verify your settings (location, calculation method, timezone) to ensure accurate results
Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering the app or attempting to extract its source code
- Attempting unauthorized access to our servers or systems
- Using the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Redistributing or reselling app content without permission
Intellectual Property
Sidr (the app, brand, design, and content) is wholly owned by GoSidr. Users retain ownership of their own prayer log data.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GoSidr is not liable for any damages resulting from sole reliance on the app without verification from local religious authorities.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in case of a breach of these terms. Users may delete their account at any time through the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.
